OVER $65,000 RAISED TO HELP FINANCIALLY ASSIST THOSE WITH BREAST CANCER

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Sequin, Ontario – May 6, 2024 – The energy was high as a group of enthusiastic riders gathered for the 14th Annual TraX4 Breast Cancer ATV Ride. Hosted at the beautiful Grand Tappattoo Resort in Seguin, the weekend was packed with sunshine, mud, and unforgettable fun!

The excitement kicked off on Friday evening, giving riders the chance to mix, mingle, and gear up for the adventure ahead. On Saturday morning, participants set out from the resort and made their way onto the stunning Park2Park Trail system. Riders tackled every type of terrain imaginable and maybe a few water holes which ensured thrills and laughter all around. With the sun shining all day, the groups enjoyed a well-deserved lunch break on the trail, taking in the gorgeous scenery before wrapping up the ride.

The day concluded with a lively dinner filled with fun awards, heartfelt speeches, and plenty of bidding action at the silent auction. We are proud to announce that an incredible $65,000 was raised through participant pledges, corporate sponsorships, and silent auction contributions. A huge congratulations to Lee-Anna Hamilton, our top fundraiser again this year! Kudos also to Cody Rundle, winner of the “WTF Award” for the most memorable mishap on the trail. “The Party Bus” – Crystal Lantanville & crew, winners of the “Deck Your Ride” award for their creative ATV décor; and Janesta Davidson, honoured with the new “Momma Bear Award” in memory of event co-founder Tracey Guthrie, recognizing compassion, care, and exceptional spirit. A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated volunteers and our friends at Park2Park for guiding the day on the trails.

And to our amazing sponsors ATC Corral, CanAm, Dayco, Dealerplan Financial, Donegan Haulage, Factory Recreation, Grand Tappattoo Resort, Kurtis Smith Excavating, Mike Pence Electrical, Park2Park Trail Association, Parts Canada, Powersports Link Financing, and Stop 23 Auto, thank you for making this event possible.
